CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that releases tensions in the body to allow the entire body to heal and relax. CranioSacral Therapy can help increase the body’s function by decreasing pain, as well as improving health, mobility and overall performance.. It can also help relieve pain, illness and dysfunction.
CranioSacral Therapy affects your central nervous system or your brain and spinal cord. When the brain and spinal cord are working well it increases the body’s ability to self-correct and function properly. This effects all areas of the body, including:

ABOUT TRACEY
My treatment room is in my home in Kelowna, and is a separate, self-contained room. I enjoy supporting people on their journey back to health and helping
them maintain their health. This is done by assisting the body using
CranioSacral and massage therapies.
My interest in CranioSacral Therapy began after a former WHL hockey player we had billeted suffered a severe concussion while playing for a NHL Farm team
and was unable to play for most of the season. After 15 CranioSacral
treatments, he returned to playing professional hockey. He is now
in his 7th year of playing professionally in Europe.
In my practice, I draw on my previous work and life experience. I have worked as an Employment Advisor for people with disabilities for six years, gaining the ability
to work with people of all ages and abilities. I have experience working
with horses, and rode competitively for over 25 years.
I now compete in Dog Trials with
my Jack Russell Terrier cross.
