COVID-19 Return to Work Plan

The risk of getting COVID-19 increases the closer you are to people and the longer you spend with them. It is transmitted through the eyes, nose and mouth. Also, the risk is increased when people touch the same surface. Therefore cleaning and hygiene is important.

I will call the day before your appointment and ask COVID-19 symptom questions, check-in with you when you arrive and then go over the questions again before your treatment.  You will then be asked to sign a COVID-19 consent form.

Both you and I will wear a mask.  I will also wear gloves and safety glasses/goggles.  There will be a hand-washing station before you enter the treatment room
